I posted a question in the FAQ but can't see the answer?

If your question is general and frequently asked then you will find the response in the FAQ. Try looking under the appropriate heading. It may not be the same one that you posted it in.

If it is a question that is specific to you then it will often be moved to the appropriate forum section and posted by a user called 'temp'.

I can't remember the password I was sent how can I change it?

You can change your password by logging in and going to the 'My Account' selection from the left hand menu. You can then select 'Change Your Info'. At the bottom of this screen are two fields where you can change your password to whatever you like.

When logging on there is also an option to recover your password. This will be emailed to you but you will need to remember your username.
