    I got the runs in, but that didn't seem to help keep the weight down. That darn age thing keeps getting in the way.

    I know I keep bothering you with this, but....... Do you think that you will ever be able to get time to work on ver 2.0? :)

  • Short repeats - 30s-2min, with a break/jog between
